Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but part-time nurses will be considered based on availability.

The role involves Start of Care visits, recertifications and clinical documentation in patients' homes. You will perform SOC visits, patient assessments, and coordinate care with the clinical team while maintaining timely documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license or compact licensure required.
• Experience in home health settings and patient assessment.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and charting.
• Ability to perform Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications.

This is a strong opportunity for an RN with home health experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and completing Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation.
