Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, with part-time options considered based on availability.

You will perform Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation in the field. You’ll assess patients, coordinate with the clinical team, and complete chart reviews with timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with home health exposure.
• Ability to perform Start of Care visits and recertifications.
• Capable of independent field work and maintaining clinical documentation.

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications.
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Review and complete required clinical documentation.
• Assist with chart review and ongoing care coordination.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
