Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The RN will handle Start of Care visits and recertifications, perform patient assessments, and manage clinical documentation in a field setting.

Qualifications

• RN with home health experience.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with Start of Care visits and recertifications preferred.
