Job summary

Trio Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in Denton, TX and surrounding areas. We provide home health services to geriatric patients and are committed to comfort, independence, and dignity at home.

Responsibilities include following care plans, performing visits, administering medications, wound care, and documenting actions. Eligible candidates will have an active RN license, at least one year of clinical experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current State or Compact RN License required.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred.
• OASIS knowledge highly preferred for home health applicants.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• HCHB EMR knowledge is desirable.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications:

• Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand
• A minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferred
• OASIS knowledge highly preferred for home health applicants
• Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• HCHB EMR knowledge is desired
