Job summary

Jet Health, Inc in Denton, TX is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our home health team.

We provide patient-centered care in community-based settings, with a focus on comfort, independence, and dignity for geriatric patients. Nurses will perform visits, administer medications, and document care using advanced mobile technology.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX or a compact state.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• OASIS knowledge highly preferred for home health.
• HCHB EMR knowledge is desired.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan based on patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications, wounds care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using the touch pad tablet.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications:

• Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand
• A minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferred
• OASIS knowledge highly preferred for home health applicants
• Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• HCHB EMR knowledge is desired
