Position Summary:

Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift, providing assessment, care planning, and evaluation. The RN ensures adherence to care standards, maintains a safe environment, supervises care activities, and follows all policies and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet health requirements imposed by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
