Job Requirements:

This position will supervise nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of nursing care is provided to all Anna John Resident Centered Care Community residents. The role includes ensuring the Nursing Department operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Other Experience and Qualifications:

• Working conditions include standing, walking, repetitive hand movements, pushing/pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and moving weights up to 75-100 pounds with assistance.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels, unpleasant odors, hazardous materials, infectious diseases, and situations requiring safety gear such as goggles, gloves, face shields, and steel toe boots.
• Work may involve life or death situations, on-call hours, extended and irregular shifts, and working in nursing homes or under extreme weather conditions.
