Join us at North Shore Health as a Registered Nurse (RN)! We are hiring for full-time and part-time shifts across all hours.

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift. Responsibilities include assessment, care plan implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to standards of care, maintaining safety, and supervising nursing staff. Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet health requirements mandated by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills with aptitude to learn company applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred
