Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) at North Shore Health. We are currently accepting applications for both full-time and part-time positions across all shifts.

About the Role

Heritage Health Services, part of North Shore Healthcare, a leading provider in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, is seeking dedicated RNs to join our team. We offer competitive wages, now up to $45.50/hr, with additional shift differentials for PM/NOC shifts and a new 12-hour shift option. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care and safety.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards, including those set by the State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO where applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment.
• Ability to calculate drug dosages accurately.
• Meet all health requirements as per legal standards.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills with willingness to learn company applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; post-acute care experience preferred.
