Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Lake Saint Louis, MO is hiring RNs for full-time night shifts 6:45p-7:15a, with every-3rd weekend rotation. This Joint venture with Select Medical offers competitive pay and sign-on bonuses.

Responsibilities include admissions, patient assessments, EPIC documentation, and care planning. Minimum RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred. Join a caring team focused on rehabilitation excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.
• Clinical experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Location: Lake St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Full-Time Night 6:45p-7:15a, every 3rd weekend in rotation

Compensation: $36.50 - $54.22 based on years of experience + Competitive Shift Differentials for Nights ($5.50) and Weekends ($3)

Sign-On Bonus: $20k Nights until 9/30/26! $15k Days
