Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Davenport, IA unit. This full-time day-shift position offers 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with increased hourly rates for full-time staff, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license
• BLS is required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Document timely and accurately using appropriate systems
• Interpret labs and telemetry data
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned

Increased Hourly Rates for Full-time: $39.38 to $53.00 per hour plus shift differentials for nights and weekends

Sign-on bonus: $15,000
