Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital is hiring a Critical Care Registered Nurse in Davenport, IA for a full-time day/night shift. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $15,000 and increased hourly rates from $39.38 to $53.00 plus shift differentials for nights and weekends.

The RN will participate in admissions/transfers, patient assessments, documentation, telemetry interpretation, order processing, and patient education. Minimum qualifications include active RN license, BLS at hire and ACLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and timely documentation.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data, transcribe and process orders.
• Provide patient and family education and participate in rapid response and code events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
