A leading critical illness recovery hospital in Lake Saint Louis, MO, is looking for a Full-Time Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Float Pool. This role involves working in both inpatient rehab and critical care settings. Candidates will benefit from a $15,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay ranging from $50-$60, plus additional shift differentials. Registered Nurse (RN) FLOAT POOL Full-Time Night

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool Night

Location: St. Louis, MO (St. Charles, Town & Country, Richmond Heights, Bridgeton, Lake St. Louis). Works between Inpatient Rehab (SSM Health Rehab Hospitals) and Critical Illness (Select Specialty Hospitals).

Schedule: Full-Time Night 7p-7a (must work every 3rd weekend). Schedules made 6 weeks at a time.

Compensation: $50-$60 hourly + shift differentials $7 night and $3.50 weekend.

Sign-on bonus: $15,000 NO COMMITMENT.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years clinical experience; at least 1 year experience in acute care or LTAC.
• Clinical experience: Med/surg, Telemetry, Step Down, PCU, Trauma, Acute Rehab.
