Job summary

Jobtailor in Surprise, AZ is seeking an experienced RN to deliver, direct, and supervise nursing care on the unit using the nursing process. You will plan, coordinate, and provide patient care and participate in interdisciplinary planning.

The role includes discharge planning, patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization, and access to community resources. There are duties that may include Charge Nurse responsibilities according to needs.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required after 90 days; essential for Charge Nurses, High Observation and ICU from day 1.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments preferred.
• Comfort working with vents/trachs/PICC lines preferred.
• Two years of direct patient care preferred.
• ACLS required for Charge Nurse duties.
