Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Corpus Christi, TX to deliver and oversee patient care on the medical-surgical unit. The role requires current RN licensure and BLS, with ACLS preferred and required for charge nurse duties. Inpatient experience is welcomed but not mandatory, with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates


• Current BLS certification is required


• BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment


• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment


• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses


• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
