Job summary

Jobtailor in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will plan, coordinate, and provide care, participate in interdisciplinary planning, and assist with discharge coordination.

Teaching patients and families about post-hospitalization and connecting with community resources are key parts of the role. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification; ACLS must be AHA-approved

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment
• Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
