Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the unit. You will coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and family teaching for post-hospital needs, while incorporating interdisciplinary collaboration.

Current TX RN licensure with BLS is required; ACLS is mandatory within 90 days of hire. Inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred but not required; you may take on Charge Nurse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state (or compact licensure).
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospital care and community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned.
