Cordova Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and support rehabilitation plans in a long-term care setting. You’ll collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high standards of resident care and safety.

The successful candidate will hold a valid RN license, be proficient in geriatric and rehabilitation care, and demonstrate strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) t o join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
