Job summary

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our caring long‑term care and rehabilitation team. Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care in a long‑term care and rehabilitation environment.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

• Pay: $33.30–$41.85 per hour (based on experience)
• Shifts: 12 hour shifts Days
• Schedule Perk: Every other weekend OFF
