Cordova Health and Rehabilitation is hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and ensure high standards of care in a supportive setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, strong geriatric and rehab knowledge, excellent communication, and a compassionate, resident-focused approach. BLS/CPR certification is required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to help ensure quality care deliver.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care within our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment


• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care


• Current BLS/CPR certification required
