Job summary

Paris Health and Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

The role requires a valid RN license, strong geriatric care knowledge, and current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
