Job summary

Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment and mentor nursing assistants.
