Job summary

Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of care in our long-term care facility. You must hold a valid RN license and BLS/CPR certification, enjoy teamwork, and communicate clearly with residents and families.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license


2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
