Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will work with the clinical team to implement care plans and ensure high standards of patient care.

The RN will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehab settings.
• Assess, monitor, and document health conditions and progress.

• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment and mentor nursing assistants.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
6. Current BLS/CPR certification required

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
