Job summary

Regency Hospital - Cleveland West is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts. The role includes admissions and transfers to the unit, rapid response participation, and accurate documentation.

We offer a thorough orientation, tuition reimbursement, clinical ladder, PTO, medical/dental coverage, 401(k), and sign-on bonuses of $15,000 for days and $18,000 for nights.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
