PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assume the role of Clinical Manager for Home Health. You will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise care planning, and drive quality patient care in our home health division.

This leadership position emphasizes coaching staff, coordinating referrals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and using MatrixCare for workflow and reporting. We welcome experienced leaders who value compassionate, family-like teamwork and patient-centered

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years RN experience (preferred).
• At least one year of Home Health experience (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily clinical oversight of patient care services.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal and external sources.
• Evaluate patient needs and agency capabilities before admission.
• Supervise care planning, partner assignments, and care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
• Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote morale and retention.
• Utilize MatrixCare and Strategic Healthcare Partner systems for workflow and reporting.
