Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for Home Health to oversee clinical operations and patient care services. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with a focus on compassionate leadership and high-quality home health care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in NC, with 2+ years of RN experience and 1+ year in home health preferred. CPR certification is required. Join a team that values family-like culture and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice (NC).
• Minimum of two years RN experience (preferred).
• At least one year of Home Health experience (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical oversight of patient care services.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal and external sources.
• Evaluate patient needs and agency capabilities before admission.
• Supervise care planning, partner assignments, and care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
• Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote morale and retention.
• Utilize MatrixCare and Strategic Healthcare Partner systems for workflow and reporting.
