Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for Home Health in Myrtle Beach. This full-time role leads clinical operations, oversees patient care services, and drives quality and compliance within a compassionate, family-like team.

You will mentor staff, coordinate referrals, and ensure adherence to agency policies and regulatory standards. The position emphasizes leadership, patient-centered care, and the use of health IT systems to improve workflow and reporting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years RN experience (preferred).
• At least one year of Home Health experience (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical oversight of patient care services.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal and external sources.
• Evaluate patient needs and agency capabilities before admission.
• Supervise care planning, partner assignments, and care delivery.
