ChristianaCare Health System is seeking a capable RN to join our Float Pool in Newark, DE. This role offers full-time and part-time options with 12-hour shifts, across multiple units to broaden clinical versatility and impact patient care daily.

The candidate will hold or pursue a BSN, possess a current BLS certification, and have at least 2 years of Med/Surgical experience in an acute care setting. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
• Part-time hours are available
• 12-hour shifts available on ***Overnights 7p-7:30am***
• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37
