ChristianaCare’s Float Pool in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware is seeking experienced hospital RNs to expand clinical versatility across units. You’ll work 12-hour overnights or full-time flex schedules, gaining inpatient exposure while delivering high-quality patient care.

We value collaborative care, patient advocacy, and strong critical thinking. BSN or willingness to obtain within three years, and BLS are required; comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities accompany this

• BLS certification required.

Position Details

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
• Part-time hours are available
• 12-hour shifts available on Overnights 7p-7:30am
• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Requirements

• BSN required or a dedication to acquire one within three years of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting
• BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
