Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool. This part-time role covers 7pm–7:30am on a 48-hour bi-weekly schedule, with weekends and rotating holidays as required.

You will work across multiple units, expanding skills while caring for diverse patients in Elkton, MD. Qualified candidates have a BSN or commit to obtaining it within three years, plus two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire with relevant experience.
• Two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Work in various units within the Float Pool to gain wide hands-on experience.
• Provide patient-centered care across shifts, including evenings and overnights.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

General Requirements:

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
