Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Cecil Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse II for its Cecil Campus Float Pool. This full-time/flex position covers 7am-7:30pm shifts (day/evening) with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, and weekend/rotating holiday coverage as required.

As a Float Pool RN, you will work in multiple units, expanding your skills while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. BSN preferred or commitment to obtain BSN within three years; two years of Medical-Surgical hospital experience is

General Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/ Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37
