Job summary

Union Hospital of Cecil County, Inc. in Elkton, MD, seeks a Registered Nurse II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool.

This full-time/flex role covers 72 hours bi-weekly, 7am-7:30pm, day/evening shifts, weekends and rotating holidays. In this float pool position you will work in various units, sharpening skills and delivering compassionate care to diverse patients while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• Two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS required.

General Requirements:

BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience. Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/ Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting BLS required Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
