They collaborate with healthcare providers, monitor patient progress, and ensure a smooth transition between different stages of care well advocating for the patients' well-being.
As a Registered Nurse RN Case Manager Department, you will serve as a driver of a collaborative, process which coordinates, monitors, and plans health care services throughout the patients' illness.

Salary Pay Range: $75,712.00- $121,160
Pay is based on RN experience. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
