Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the 3 West Cardiac Care Unit.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and adjust patient care.

ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital is looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Cardiac Care Observation Unit.

Unit Information

3 West is a 9-bed cardiac care unit at Wilmington Hospital. 3 West focuses on the care of short-stay patients with primary cardiac diagnoses, offering staff a diverse and enriching clinical experience.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• DE RN license or Compact RN license.
• BSN preferred or the commitment to obtaining a BSN within 3 years date of hire.
• All applicants must have two years of RN experience. Telemetry or Cardiac Care experience is preferred.
• BLS required.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
