Christiana Care Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Cardiac Care Observation Unit, with a 7p–7a night shift, weekends and holidays per department guidelines. 3 West focuses on short-stay cardiac patients with a diverse clinical experience.

The ideal candidate holds a DE RN license (or Compact), BSN preferred or in progress, at least two years of RN experience, and BLS certification; telemetry/cardiac care experience is preferred.

Christiana Care Wilmington Hospital is looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Cardiac Care Observation Unit.

3 West is a 9-bed cardiac care unit at Wilmington Hospital. 3 West focuses on the care of short-stay patients with primary cardiac diagnoses, offering staff a diverse and enriching clinical experience.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• DE RN license or Compact RN license.
• BSN preferred or the commitment to obtaining a BSN within 3 years date of hire.
• All applicants must have two years of RN experience.
• Telemetry or Cardiac Care experience is preferred.
• BLS required.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
