ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 3W Cardiac Care Unit in Wilmington, DE. The RT will work FT night shifts from 7p to 7a, with weekend and holiday coverage as per department guidelines.

The 3 West unit focuses on short-stay cardiac patients and provides a diverse clinical experience. Requirements include DE RN license or Compact license; BSN preferred or in process; minimum two years of RN experience; telemetry or cardiac care

Qualifications

• DE RN license or Compact RN license.
• BSN preferred or committed to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date.
• All applicants must have two years of RN experience.
• Telemetry or Cardiac Care experience is preferred.
• BLS required.

3 West is a 9-bed cardiac care unit at Wilmington Hospital. 3 West focuses on the care of short-stay patients with primary cardiac diagnoses, offering staff a diverse and enriching clinical experience.

Education & Experience Requirements

DE RN license or Compact RN license.

BSN preferred or the commitment to obtaining a BSN within 3 years date of hire.

All applicants must have two years of RN experience.

Telemetry or Cardiac Care experience is preferred.

BLS required.

Hourly Pay Range

$42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
