Lourdes Health, part of Lifepoint Health, invites applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Outpatient) in Pasco, WA. This full-time day-shift role focuses on high-volume outpatient behavioral health care with a strong emphasis on collaboration and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include medication management support, patient education, and care coordination across a broad continuity of services while ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety.

Competenze

• Current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BCLS certification required; Handle with Care preferred.
• 1 year of behavioral health care nursing experience required.
• Ability to work autonomously in outpatient setting.
• Ability to complete Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.

Schedule: Days (8a-5p), 5x8, Monday-Friday

More about our team

Our Outpatient Behavioral Health team, of experienced psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, nurses, and support staff, work together to provide compassionate, patient-centered treatment across the continuum of behavioral health services. As part of our comprehensive Behavioral Health program, you'll be connected to a robust continuum of care that includes 32 licensed inpatient psychiatric beds, 16 licensed residential crisis triage beds, and 10 residential home beds.

This role offers a high level of autonomy, managing a caseload of 100+ patients and partnering closely with providers to support medication management and ongoing treatment plans. A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role:

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement (if relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins), and possess an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: BCLS required; Handle with Care preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of behavioral health care nursing experience required
• Skills:
  • Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously in a highly independent outpatient setting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems.
  • Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).
  • Ability to successfully complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
