Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the Baylor Shift to support patients at home and help families meet health goals. The role emphasizes education and patient empowerment, enabling quality life at home.

You will case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in a home setting. Licensed Oklahoma RN with 2+ years home health preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license for the state of Oklahoma.
• Minimum of two years of home health nursing experience.
• Current driver1s license and CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and independence at home.
• Educate patients and families on disease management.
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor Shift Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
