Job summary

Compassus, in partnership with Ascension at Home, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the Baylor Shift to support patients at home, helping them recover and stay in familiar surroundings.

You will educate families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain CPR/BCLS certification, and provide compassionate care within a flexible schedule and strong benefits. This role emphasizes belonging and community impact.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
