Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the Baylor shift. This full-time role covers weekends, with comprehensive benefits and a patient-centered care approach.

You will support patient recovery at home, educate families, and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. RN license in state, 2 years' experience, CPR/BCLS required.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor Shift Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) strongly preferred.
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
