Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a Baylor shift to support patient recovery at home and educate families on disease management. The role involves case management and clinical oversight of an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Two years of home health RN experience and an active RN license in the state are required, along with CPR/BCLS certification and a valid driver’s license. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered.
