Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a Baylor shift. The role focuses on supporting patients to recover at home, educating families on disease management, and providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor Shift Requirements
