Johnson Memorial Hospital in Connecticut seeks an Administrative Nurse Supervisor to provide on-site nursing and administrative leadership. You will respond to emergencies, address patient and family concerns, assist with staffing, and support the nursing staff to maintain safe, high-quality care.

As part of Trinity Health Of New England, you’ll work a Part Time – Weekends Only – 12-Hr Day Shift, collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Connecticut required.
• BSN required.
• BLS certification before hire.
• ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI within one year of hire.
• Progressive nursing experience including critical care.
• Previous experience supervising nurses preferred.

Employment Type: Part time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift Description: At Johnson Memorial Hospital the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital. Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. What you will do

• In the Administrative Nurse Supervisor role, you support the overall hospital clinically and administratively.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
• BSN required.
• Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
• Certification: BLS prior to hire.
• ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
• Experience: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required.
• Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.

Pay Range: $44.05 to $70.50 Pay is based on RN experience. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
