Job summary

Paris Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current licensure in Arkansas (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status and progress
• Administer medications and treatments per prescription and facility policy
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on care plans
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
