Job summary

Northway Health and Rehabilitation LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.

This full-time day shift (7a–3p) position offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document health status and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to create care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise nursing assistants.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
7. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
8. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
