South Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, support rehabilitation plans, and work with the clinical team to uphold high care standards in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting health conditions, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and mentoring nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license must be valid.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation care preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) t o join our team. 1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
