Job summary

South Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night-shift team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high standards of care in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

The position requires a valid RN license, strong geriatric and rehab knowledge, and BLS/CPR certification, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork.

• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per regulations.
