Valley View Village, a Cassia community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Des Moines, IA. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outcomes for older adults.

We offer a favorable staff-to-resident ratio, shift flexibility with Day and Evening options, a $5,000 bonus for the evening shift, and benefits for full-time staff including PSLF eligibility in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow-up action as necessary.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Monitors residents and reports any change in their condition.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Monitors CNA staff performance.
• Uses strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.

Valley View Village, a Cassia community is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! Our community qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in Iowa after 120 qualifying payments. We’re also introducing new staffing patterns and shifts — designed to enhance flexibility and work-life balance for our team. We are offering a $5,000 bonus for the evening shift. As a Registered Nurse at Valley View Village, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Wage Range

$37.50+ /hour depending on experience
