• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Displays courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Monitors CNA staff performance.
• Uses strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.

Valley View Village, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! Our community qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in Iowa after 120 qualifying payments. We're also introducing new staffing patterns and shifts —designed to enhance flexibility and work-life balance for our team. We are offering a $5,000 bonus for the evening shift.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available:

• Day: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Evening 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Wage Range: $37.50+ /hour depending on experience

Bonus: $5,000 for evening shift only

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
